摘要

Abstract

Strawberry fruit yield and quality depend on the plant photosynthetic ability.To improve strawberry photo-synthetic ability in greenhouse by using suitable light intensity(LI),the effects of 100%LI[CK,about 1 300 μmol·(m2·s)-1],75%LI and 50%LI on"Akihime"strawberry leaf growth,photosynthetic pigment content and photosyn-thetic ability were investigated.Compared with the control 100%LI,75%LI treatment significantly(P<0.05)in-creased the plant total chlorophyll content,electron transfer efficiency resulted from the trapped excitons(Ψo)and quan-tum yield for electron transport(ψEo),and significantly raised the photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and water use efficiency(EWUE),with the increase of 6.7%,42.1%and 16.3%(P<0.05),respectively.Although 50%LI treatment significantly increased the ternately compound leaf area,petiole length and EWUE,it was not beneficial to the improvement of photosynthetic ability,due to the significant decrease in maximum photochemical quantum yield(ψPo),density of reaction centers per excited cross-section(RC/CSM),photosynthetic performance index(PLABS)and transpira-tion rate(Tr).Therefore,the greenhouse should be adjusted to 75%LI for improving strawberry photosynthetic ability and pro-moting photosynthetic product accumulation.
