以红茴香(Illicium henryi Diels)和双蕊野扇花(Sarcococca hookeriana var.digyna Franch)为试验材料,在越冬期间持续观察叶片的形态变化,并测定植株叶片的叶绿素含量、相对电导率、可溶性糖含量等生理指标,为2种植物在北方地区园林的引种栽培应用提供依据.结果表明:红茴香和双蕊野扇花在寒冷环境下仍能保持较好的生长状态,表现出较强的耐寒能力;在越冬过程中,红茴香和双蕊野扇花叶片的相对电导率、过氧化物酶活性均呈现出先升后降的变化趋势,可溶性蛋白含量则呈现出先降低后升高的变化趋势,可溶性糖含量随温度下降而升高,各指标与气温之间的相关性也较大.综上,红茴香和双蕊野扇花对引种地的低温环境均表现出了一定适应能力,能及时运行体内各种调节机制抵御低温伤害.

Illicium henryi Diels and Sarcococca hookeriana var.digyna Franch were used as test materials,and the morphological changes of their leaves were continuously observed during the overwintering period.The physiological indexes related to cold tolerance,such as chlorophyll,relative conductivity and soluble sugar,were measured,in order to provide a practical basis for the introduction of the two plants or their conspecifics in most northern regions.The results showed that the two plants were able to maintain a better growth condition under the cold environment,with strong cold-tolerant ability.During the overwintering process,the relative conductivity and peroxidase activity of the leaves of the two plants first increased and then decreased.The soluble protein content first decreased and then increased,and the soluble sugar content increased with the decrease of the temperature.The correlation between each index and the air temperature was also larger.In conclusion,the two plants showed certain adaptive ability to the low temperature environment in the introduction site,and could operate various regulatory mechanisms to resist the low temperature damage in time.
