摘要

Abstract

Negative training of professional teachers will have a negative impact on individual teachers and schools.From the perspective of teachers in the construction profession,this paper analyzes the reasons for the negative attitude of teachers in this profession towards training,which will help reduce the occurrence of negative training among teachers.This paper is based on qualitative discourse analysis of the self-reported statements of 21 higher vocational construction teachers,and builds a model to conclude that the factors that influence the negative training intentions of construction teachers in higher vocational colleges mainly include motivation to participate,training process,skill acquisition,and training.Five aspects of evaluation and result expectations are included,and measures such as training the academic sentiments of construction teachers,improving the evaluation system,and conducting hierarchical and diversified training are proposed.
