Abstract
The action of updating the skills of workers in the urban and rural green building industry under the"Dual Carbon"Goal has unique historical value.In practice,the skill development of workers in the urban and rural green building industry faces multiple challenges.Drawing on the practical experience of the European Green Building Craftsman Skills Training Program,China can assist urban and rural green building industry workers in updating their skills through action strategies such as salary empowerment,diversified collaboration,integration of documentary evidence,and cloud based efforts.关键词
