基于POI的TOD项目设计策略研究

摘要
Abstract
POI is the abbreviation of"Point of Interest".Each POI contains four aspects of information:name,category,coordinates and classification.Based on the analysis of land use composition,building type and function of ground space and underground space,combined with POI data of different types in the research scope,this paper tries to explore the quantitative design method of the entrance and exit of the metro station in the core area of the city.Through literature study,analogy analysis and other research methods,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the subway station entrance and exit settings at home and abroad,which makes up for the theoretical blank of the quantitative setting of subway station entrance and exit in the core area of the old city,and provides certain design and research materials for similar projects in China.关键词
