城市触媒下历史保护街区"去景区化"更新研究OA

Study on the"De-scenicization"of Historic Protection Neighborhoods under the Urban Catalyst:A Case Study of the Kuanzhai Alley Area in Chengdu

近年来,在文化旅游不断发展的背景下,历史文化街区逐渐成为游客热门打卡地.宽窄巷子作为成都城市名片之一,以消费为导向、文化实践为表现形式,实现了街区更新.宽窄巷子核心区的更新改造通过"连锁反应"为片区及城市带来了巨大效益.文章运用"城市触媒"理论,通过调查分析宽窄巷子片区现状,解析触媒过程,耦合居民与游客空间视角,探索历史街区保护利用与现代日常生活交叉的可能,总结了宽窄巷子核心区与周边片区"去景区化"更新策略,为类似历史街区保护与发展提供合理有效的思路与启示.

In recent years,with the continuous development of cultural tourism,historical blocks have gradually become popular places for tourists to visit.As one of the Chengdu's business cards,Kuanzhai Alley has achieved district renewal through economic and cultural practices.The renovation of the core area of Kuanzhai Alley has brought huge benefits to the city through the"chain reaction".This paper will use the"urban catalyst"theory to analyze the catalyst process by investigating the current situation of Kuanzhai Alley.This study will combine the perspectives of residents and tourists to explore the protection and utilization of historical blocks and how to integrate them with modern daily life.This paper will summarize the"de-scenicization"renewal strategy for the core area and surrounding areas of Kuanzhai Alley,providing reasonable and effective inspiration for the protection and development of similar historical blocks.
