Research on the Effect and Application of Different Subjects on Post-occupancy Evaluation of Built Environment:Taking Jishan Historic and Cultural Block as an Example

Abstract
During the post-occupancy evaluation(POE)of built environment,through analyzing the subjects'evaluation opinions and their activity behavior in the target built environment,the relationship between people and built environment can be studied.The diversity of the subjects can improve the evaluation comprehensiveness;however,it also makes the understanding of the reason behind evaluation opinions more complex.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the difference source of potential evaluation subjects.Through the classification,the difference of subjects is applied in the built environment POE.Taking Jishan Historic and Cultural Block as an example,this paper investigates the method of analyzing the built environment comprehensively by using the evaluation subject differentiation.It reveals the contradiction and unity of the people holding different stances with regard to the understanding and need to the built environment,and provides reality basis and feedback to the designing in order to balance each party's interest.关键词
