Abstract
The renewal and protection of industrial waste land is an important part of China's urban renewal project.Its large number of industrial buildings and unique spatial negativity constantly affect the urbanization process.At the same time,its unique cultural value and industrial historical attributes have made domestic and foreign scholars pay more attention to its revitalization and renewal direction,and deeply explore the revitalization and renewal mechanism of industrial waste land.Sorting out relevant policies and cases is to enable them to organically activate the foundation.The paper sorts out relevant literature and cases on the theory and practice of industrial waste land activation and renewal at home and abroad,delves into the connotation and mechanism of industrial waste land activation,compares the activation paths and directions of industrial waste land at home and abroad,and provides a certain theoretical basis and inspiration for further research on industrial waste land activation and renewal in the future.关键词
