市域产教联合体建设路径及运行机制研究
Research on the Construction Path and Operation Mechanism of Municipal Industry and Education Consortium
摘要
Abstract
To implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and implement the high-quality development of vocational education,Dalian Jinpu New Area(Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone)municipal industry and education consortium was constructed in Dalian city.This paper explores the path and operational mechanism for establishing a reasonable and efficient industry and education alliance,achieving a deep integration between colleges,enterprises,the government and society.The measures,including precise connection between talent training in colleges and universities and talent demand from enterprises,and coordinated innovation in technology,stimulate the initiative and creativity of colleges and enterprises to participate in the construction of the consortium,realize the multi-dimensional coordinated education of the government,industries,enterprises and schools,give full play to the advantages of municipal industry and education resources,and promote the upgrading of municipal industry.关键词
