职业院校产业学院协同育人模式的探索和实践
Exploration and Practice of Collaborative Education Mode in Industry Colleges of Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
The integration of industry and education is the key path to the talent cultivation of modem vocational education system,and industry college is an important carrier and effective form to promote the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation.This paper analyzes the significance of building modem industry colleges in vocational colleges and the problems in collaborative education of modem industry colleges.Taking Jingdong Smart Logistics Industry College jointly built by Liaoning Vocational University of Technology and Jingdong Logistics as an example,the collaborative education path of modern industry college is explored from the aspects of talent cultivation,practice and training base construction,dual teacher team development,and industry-university-research-innovation platform construction,providing reference for the reform of vocational education talent cultivation mode.关键词
