On the Factors Influencing the Changes of Higher Vocational Policies in Liaoning Province and Evolutionary Characteristics
摘要
Abstract
The scale and quality connotation of higher vocational education in China have undergone significant transformations,contributing notably to economic and social development as well as educational reform.These achievements are attributable to the support from central and local governments at various levels and policies that underpin higher vocational education.This paper reviews the evolution of provincial higher vocational education policies,analyzes factors influencing policy formulation,summarizes key characteristics of the evolution,and identifies shortcomings in both formulation and implementation to accurately assess future developmental trends.关键词
