Abstract
In higher vocational colleges,ship painting is a special technical specialty,and its industry development process is relatively independent with distinct characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze how to build the talent training structure based on the employability of the specialty,and pursue to fully embody the value of innovative research content after the employment of students.This paper mainly discusses the current development status of ship painting specialty in domestic higher vocational colleges,focuses on the innovative content of talent training structure to improve the employability of ship painting specialty in higher vocational colleges,makes clear the direction of professional talent training and puts forward specific innovative measures for professional talent training.关键词
