Study on Professional Competency Enhancement of Higher Vocational Counselors from the Perspective of Professionalization
摘要
Abstract
Enhancing the professional competency of higher vocational counselors is one of the important ways to promote the professionalization and professional development of counselors.From the perspective of professionalization,this paper analyzes the current development status and enhancement predicament.It also analyzes the constituent elements of professional competency in terms of professional knowledge,skills and attitudes,and constructs the framework of professional competency.From the aspects of strengthening ideological and political education and value guidance,improving the ability of employment and entrepreneurship guidance,and strengthening the ability of education and scientific research,this paper puts forward a targeted path of professional competency enhancement,which has great theoretical value and practical significance for the professional competency enhancement,professionalization and professional development of higher vocational counselors.关键词
