管道定向钻穿越等级公路套管全自动解锁装置设计

Abstract
According to the JTG D20-2017"Design Specification for Highway Alignment","when the oil and gas transportation pipeline intersects with all levels of highway and adopts the underpass mode,the underground passage(culvert)or casing should be set up."There are two traditional technologies of directional drilling through grade highway:full casing and semi-casing.The construction cost is high and difficult,especially in large diameter thick-walled pipes.In order to effectively reduce the construction cost and difficulty,a fully automatic unlocking device for pipeline directional drilling through grade highway is designed based on the practice of natural gas engineering,and the length of the casing only extends to 2～5 meters on the outer edge of the road,which is the first.It is suitable not only for oil and gas pipeline projects,but also for other municipal pipeline projects,with high economic benefits and promotion value.关键词
