摘要

Abstract

The stability and safety of the clamp flange system in complex environment is a very important link in the research process.In order to study the influence of high temperature and high pressure on the performance of the clamp flange,the physical model is established by using SolidWorks software,and the influence of thermal stress coupling on the structure is analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench software.The results show that,①the inner wall temperature of the clamp orifice plate flange is the highest,and from the inside to the outside,the temperature decreases gradually,and the lowest temperature is on the stud.②The maximum stress of the clamp orifice plate flange is located on the contact surface between the spherical nut and the clamp,which is 739.73 Mpa.The lip stress on the sealing ring is greater than the sealing specific pressure,which meets the requirements of the sealing performance of the sealing ring.③Compared with the allowable stress criterion,the linear equivalent stress simulation results of the sealing ring show that the strength meets the safety requirements and plastic collapse will not occur.
