关于推进我国辐射安全管理现代化的策略建议

Abstract
Ever since the 18th CPC National Congress,President Xi Jinping stressed the importance of national safety,and nuclear safety is the most important part.This paper explains and analyzes the existing problems and causes in the aspects of radiation safety awareness in the industry,radiation safety assessment system and the implementation of radiation safety laws and regulations,and on this basis,the paper pertinently puts forward suggestions on taking the overall national security concept as the guidance,the risk management system as the core,laws and regulations as the foundation,relying on organizations and strengthening the popularization of radiation safety science and the supervision of media and public opinion.Then,it is proposed to promote the modernization of China's radiation safety management,radiation safety supervision capacity,radiation safety legal system,radiation safety security system and radiation safety professional skills.关键词
