Abstract
International big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities are powerful tools to solve complex global scientific problems.By analyzing the development trends and experience of organizing and implementing of international big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities,enlightenment and suggestions on China's leading organization of international big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities were put forward,so as to provide references for China's extensive participation in and active initiation of international big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities.In terms of development trends,artificial intelligence and big data technology promoted data-driven research paradigms,and the governance of scientific data would become one of the priorities of international big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities management in the future.The experience of organizing and implementing of typical cases showed that the formulation of appropriate governance models,the forward-looking planning of emergency funds and research tools,the implementation of schedule management,and the dynamic solution of organizational complexity were important factors to ensure the smooth implementation of international big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities.Based on these f indings,relevant insights and suggestions have been proposed.关键词
