科技创新高地建设的国际经验及其对中国的启示
International Experience of World-renowned Scientific Innovation Hub and Its Enlightenment to China
摘要
Abstract
The scientific innovation hub is a cross-regional and collaborative innovation organization form,which provides new ideas for world science and technology innovation and regional high-quality development.California Highway 101,Tokyo-Yokohama-Tsukuba and the U.K.'s M4 Scientific Innovation Hub have formed mature models in many aspects,such as talent cultivation,industrial guidance,financial service and government support,which has important reference significance for the construction of China's scientific innovation hub.By studying the construction and development experience of typical international corridors,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as building knowledge hubs by cultivating talent resources,promoting industry-university-research collaboration to build technology hubs,constructing spiritual pillars to create cultural hubs,actively participating in building innovation ecological hubs by the government,and building integrated hubs by subject and regional linkage,to promote the construction of scientific innovation hubs in China.关键词
