Global Patent Market Research of AIGC Technology
摘要
Abstract
AIGC technology is the frontier of artificial intelligence.From the patent perspective,this paper conducted data statistics,analysis and mining of AIGC patent data collected in Derwent database.From the perspective of the whole and the industry chain,the global AIGC technology development status is fully revealed.It's found that after 2017,the development of AIGC technology entered an explosive period,and the number of patents disclosed increased sharply.China is a major research country in AIGC technology,and the total amount of patent disclosure accounts for 38.8% of the global total,followed by the United States and South Korea,accounting for 18.9% and 16.3% respectively.Enterprises represented by Tencent,Baidu,IBM,etc.are the main force of AIGC technology research and development.Computational data is the basis of AIGC technology development,and China's patent layout has formed a certain advantage.However,in terms of AIGC core technology algorithms,China still needs to continue to increase research and development efforts to form its own core advantages.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant development suggestions from the aspects of building a good industrial development environment,continuing to strengthen the application research of AIGC technology,and strengthening the patent layout of AIGC technology.关键词
