Abstract
Objective:To analyze the predictive value about levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)to albumin(ALB)ratio(CAR),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-10(IL-10)on postoperative urinary system infection in patients with upper urinary tract stones.Methods:Clinical data of 100 patients with upper urinary tract stones admitted to Shihezi People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively selected.Patients were divided into an infected group(n=26)and an uninfected group(n=74)based on whether they developed urinary system infection after surgery.The risk factors of postoperative urinary system infection in patients with upper urinary tract stones were analyzed by Logistic regression,and the predictive value of risk factors in postoperative urinary system infection was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results:Univariate analysis showed that other chronic diseases,the levels of CAR,PCT,and IL-10 were associated with postoperative urinary system infection in patients with upper urinary tract stones(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that high levels of CAR,PCT,and IL-10 were risk factors for postoperative urinary system infection in patients with upper urinary tract stones(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis combined with CAR,PCT and IL-10 predicted postoperative urinary system infection in patients with upper urinary tract stones with an area under the curve of 0.995,sensitivity of 95.90%and specificity of 96.70%,all of which were superior to the prediction of CAR,PCT and IL-10 alone.Conclusion:Hight levels of CAR,PCT,and IL-10 are risk factors for postoperative urinary system infection in patients with upper urinary tract stones,and they have high predictive value,and the combination of the three can effectively improve the efficacy.关键词
