Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of comprehensive emergency nursing procedures in the rescue of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 96 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Tianjin People's Hospital from January to July 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine emergency nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive emergency nursing procedures.The rescue effect,the occurrence of complications and rescue success rate,life ability and limb function recovery,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The rescue time,condition evaluation time and emergency stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.17%lower than 18.75%of the control group,and the rescue success rate of the observation group was 97.92%higher than 85.42%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Barthel Index and Fugl-Meyer Assessment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.92%higher than 81.25%of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of comprehensive emergency nursing procedures in patients with cerebral hemorrhage is helpful to storten the rescue time,condition evaluation time and emergency stay time,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the success rate of rescue,promote the recovery of patients'life ability and limb function,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
