Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine coating method combined with cold therapy on early soft tissue swelling and pain after fracture operation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with early soft tissue swelling pain of ankle fracture ankle fracture admitted to Xinfeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine coating combined with cold therapy technology on the basis of the control group.The degree of ankle swelling,the degree of path,joint motion score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 and 3 d of nursing,the swelling degree of ankle joint in observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After 24 and 48 h of nursing,pain Visual Analogue Scalee scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After nursing,the joint motion of extension,flexion,pronation and supination,the scores of each dimension in the quality of life comprehensive evaluation questionnaire-74 were also higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 70.00%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine coating combined with cold therapy for relieving swelling and pain of soft tissue in the early stage of ankle fracture can not only reduce the degree of ankle swelling and pain,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,but also reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
