摘要

Abstract

The strong disturbance of surrounding rock caused by large mining height fully mechanized mining results in obvious mine pressure behavior,which poses a threat to support devices and personnel safety.Jinjitan Coal Mine by arranging pressure sensors and dip angle sensors at relevant positions of hydraulic supports to transmit relevant data to the monitoring system platform to achieve real-time monitoring and early warning of hydraulic supports;The non-linear arrangement of transport aircraft increases the wear of the gear rail,damaging the connection part between the bracket and the transport aircraft,causing safety hidden dangers;Combined with the actual downhole situation,inertial navigation straightness control is carried out on devices such as transport aircrafts,coal cutters and so on,so that workers can grasp information such as the position,speed,attitude,orientation and others of the device at any time;In order to better control the opening and closing time of the rear part hydraulic support during the process of top coal caving falling,a time sequential coal caving technique and automated coal caving control system based on electro-hydraulic control are developed.Real time control of top coal caving falling is achieved,and an efficient,energy-saving,safe,and unmanned intelligent working face with dynamic perception,automatic analysis,and intelligent processing is constructed.
