Abstract
In view of the complex and diverse information contained in paper archives,electronic archives have the characteristics of dispersibility,version diversity,rapid updates and others.The difficulty of archive management in coal mine design institutes has increased.Guizhou Province Coal Mine Design Institute takes the informationization construction of archives management in coal mine design institutes as the starting point,analyzes the problems of data security,infrastructure construction,management personnel capacity,archives development and utilization rate,informationization system construction and so on existing in the informationization construction of archives management,discusses specific measures for informationization construction of archives management,proposes corresponding measures for informationization construction problem of archives management in coal mine design institutes,and provides reference for promoting higher breakthroughs in informationization of archives management in coal mine design institutes.关键词
