Abstract
Improving the quality and efficiency of industrial land use is a key part of building a high-quality modern industrial system,playing a fundamental supporting role in enhancing industrial land factor productivity,strengthening industrial chain competitiveness,and promoting the development of emerging productive forces.This article delves into the connotation and significance of improving the quality and efficiency of industrial land use from three dimensions:industrial upgrading,intensive utilization,and market allocation.Furthermore,it systematically analyzes the development path of improving the quality and efficiency of the entire industrial land chain around the three levels of planning guidance,land supply,and post-supply utilization.Meanwhile,combining Shenzhen’s practical experience,existing problems,and countermeasures,it achieves an organic combination of theory and practice,aiming to provide valuable theoretical and practical references for other cities in improving the quality and efficiency of industrial land use.关键词
