Exploring land policy support for industrial land renewal:a case study of Suzhou
摘要
Abstract
The renewal of industrial land is a crucial component of urban revitalization,yet there are still certain barriers between the current land policies and the implementation of industrial renewal.Suzhou,ranked second among the top 100 manufacturing cities in China,possesses a large stock of industrial land with significant potential.Over nearly 15 years of practice in industrial land renewal,Suzhou has developed a wealth of innovative land policy initiatives.This paper is based on Suzhou’s development model of industrial land renewal and the challenges it faces,focusing on summarizing Suzhou’s practical experience in supporting industrial land renewal through land policies and proposing recommendations for further improvements.关键词
