产业高质量发展导向下的工业用地控制线规划路径研究
Research on the planning path of industrial land control line under the guidance of high quality industrial development:taking"Dongyang city industrial land control line planning"as an example

Abstract
Based on the problems existing in the development of industrial space and the overall goal of high-quality industrial development,this article takes the"Dongyang City Industrial Land Control Line Planning"as an example,and combines relevant theories of industrial land protection and utilization with domestic and foreign urban practice experience to analyze the industrial land in Dongyang City from the aspects of spatial characteristics,industrial formats,and land performance.The system constructs a technical path for industrial land control line planning from"total land use control-task decomposition-industrial land evaluation-classification and delineation".On this basis,the control line delineation strategy under the guidance of optimizing industrial space layout and the control line management strategy under the requirements of improving the quality and efficiency of industrial land were summarized and refined,and relevant supporting policy suggestions were proposed.Explore the construction of a professional management system involving various aspects,in order to provide useful reference for the delineation and management of industrial land control lines in the future.关键词
