With the continuous development of the current level of electronic information technology and network technology,file management systems and technology level has been optimised and improved,from the original paper files began to transition to electronic files.The use of electronic file technology on the enterprise and departmental file management work has played a certain help,electronic file management operation is more efficient,information is more secure,more convenient query,convenient centralised management,these features allow various units and departments to achieve the optimisation of file management.This paper focuses on the analysis of electronic document file management system,discuss how this system is designed and implemented,and hope to play a role in reference.关键词
