微量酸消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定潮汕凉茶中15种元素
Determination of 15 elements in Chaoshan herbal tea by trace acid digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 15 elements(Al,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Cd,Ba,and Pb)in Chaoshan herbal tea by trace acid digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:The herbal tea sample(200 μL)was freeze-dried under vacuum,and then dissolved in 65%nitric acid(200 μL)and 30%hydrogen peroxide(100 μL)at 80℃for 1 h and 10 min,respectively,and then diluted to 5 mL with 3%nitric acid,and then the content of 15 elements,including Al,V,Cr,etc.,were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results:The linearity of the 15 elements was good(r>0.999),the detection limits were 0.009-14.788 μg/L,the precision ranged from 0.7%to 2.4%,and the spiked recoveries ranged from 84.0%to 125.2%.The contents of the nine elements in the nine kinds of herbal teas,such as Al,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,As,Sr,and Ba,differed from each other(P<0.05).Conclusion:A method for the determination of elements in Chaoshan herbal tea by trace acid digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been established,which is simple,rapid and accurate.关键词
