某三甲医院2017-2022年住院头颈癌患者放疗效果及住院费用的相关因素分析
Analysis of factors associated with radiotherapy efficacy and hospitalization costs of hospitalized head and neck cancer patients in a tertiary hospital from 2017 to 2022

Abstract
Objective:Conduct a survey and analysis of the radiotherapy treatment effectiveness and hospitalization costs of hospitalized head and neck cancer patients from 2017 to 2022.Methods:900 head and neck cancer patients treated at a tertiary hospital from 2017 to 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Calculate the radiotherapy treatment effectiveness and hospitalization expenses of hospitalized head and neck cancer patients,and analyze the relevant factors of radiotherapy treatment effectiveness and hospitalization expenses of hospitalized head and neck cancer patients.Results:Among 900 patients with head and neck cancer,there were 162 cases with complete remission(CR),376 cases with partial remission(PR),253 cases with stable disease(SD),and 109 cases with progressive disease(PD).The number of cases with CR+PR and SD+PD was selected for comparison,and the relevant factors for the effectiveness of radiotherapy treatment were analyzed.The median hospitalization cost for head and neck cancer patients is 5,330.13 yuan,including medication,nursing,laboratory testing,examination,treatment,and other expenses,with medication as the main component,accounting for 44.74%.Taking the hospitalization expenses of head and neck cancer patients as the dependent variable,the variables that may affect the hospitalization expenses of head and neck cancer patients were analyzed.The results showed that the number of hospitalizations and total hospitalization days were the main factors affecting the hospitalization expenses of head and neck cancer patients(P<0.05).Taking the radiotherapy effect of head and neck cancer patients as the dependent variable(CR+PR=0,SD+PD=1),the variables that may affect the hospitalization cost of head and neck cancer patients were analyzed.The results showed that admission complications and staging were the main factors affecting the radiotherapy effect of head and neck cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The number of hospitalizations and total length of stay are factors that affect hospitalization costs.The admission complications and staging are factors that affect the effectiveness of radiation therapy for head and neck cancer patients.关键词
