Construction of nutrition and health education program for maintenance hemodialysis patients based on LEARNS model

Abstract
Objective:To construct a nutrition and health education plan for maintenance hemodialysis patients based on the LEARNS model,providing reference for the clinical implementation of"patient centered"nutrition and health education.Methods:On the basis of literature research and group discussion,the research group preliminarily developed a nutrition and health education plan.The Delphi expert inquiry method was used to inquire about 23 experts,and combined with indicator screening criteria and expert suggestions,the weight of indicators was determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a nutrition and health education plan for maintenance hemodialysis patients based on the LEARNS model.Results:The positivity coefficients of the two rounds of consultation experts were 100.0% and 91.30%,and the authority coefficients were 0.874 and 0.891;The coefficient of variation were 0.00-0.38 and 0.00-0.22,while the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.205 and 0.222(P<0.01).The final form of a nutrition and health education program for maintenance hemodialysis patients includes 3 primary items and 32 secondary items.The consistency coefficient(CR)of all levels of items in the hierarchical analysis was less than 0.1.Conclusion:The nutritional health education program for maintenance hemodialysis patients constructed by this study has high scientific and feasible value,and can provide reference for nutritional health education for maintenance hemodialysis patients.关键词
