Construction of a group psychological counseling program for women in pregnancy based on positive psychology

Abstract
Objective:To construct a group psychological counseling program for women during pregnancy based on positive psychology,and to provide a reference for ensuring women's mental health during pregnancy.Methods:Guided by the theory of positive psychology and combined with the results of literature search and semi-structured interviews,the first draft of the group psychological counseling program for women in pregnancy based on positive psychology was formulated.From August to December 2021,15 experts were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence,to develop a group psychological counseling program for women during pregnancy based on positive psychology.Results:The recovery rate of questionnaires was 100%;the expert authority coefficient was 0.840;In the first round of expert correspondence,the Kendall's W coefficient of primary,secondary,and tertiary items were 0.215,0.546,0.262,and the importance of primary,secondary,and tertiary items were 0.232,0.562,0.617,respectively(P<0.01).The final group psychological counseling program for women in pregnancy based on positive psychology includes 3 primary items,13 secondary items,and 44 tertiary items.Conclusion:The construction process of the women's group psychological counseling program during pregnancy is scientific,the content is necessary and feasible,and can provide basis and reference for the management and intervention measures to guarantee women's mental health during pregnancy.关键词
