The Spatial Correlation Network Structure and Evolution Characteristics of China's Common Prosperity Level

Abstract
Based on the connotation of common prosperity,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of common pros-perity,employs the entropy weight TOPSIS method,modified gravity model,social network analysis method and the Markov model to analyze the spatial correlation network characteristics and evolution trend of common prosperity level in China.The findings go as the following:(1)During the sample period,the overall and provincial common prosperity level in China showed an upward trend.In 2021,the common prosperity level in the eastern region was higher than that in the northeastern,central,and western re-gions,but the growth rates in the central,northeastern,and western regions were significantly higher than those in the eastern re-gion.(2)During the sample period,a spatial correlation network with Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Tianjin as the core was formed.This network exhibits strong accessibility,low hierarchy,relative stability,network density increase and there is con-siderable room for improvement.(3)The spatial correlation network of China's common prosperity level shows a distinct core-pe-riphery structure,with an increase in the number of core provinces and relatively low network density among peripheral regions.(4)The improvement in the level of provincial common prosperity is a gradual process,with significant spatial correlation.关键词
