文章从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五个维度构建了产业链高质量发展水平评价指标体系,利用2011-2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,并采用CRITIC-TOPSIS模型、核密度估计、障碍度模型对产业链高质量发展水平和障碍因子进行分析.研究表明:研究期间产业链高质量发展水平整体逐年上升,但不论是在发展水平还是发展速度上,南方地区均要领先于北方地区.产业链高质量发展水平的核密度曲线呈现显著的右拖尾特征,南方地区核密度曲线呈现延展收敛的趋势,北方地区由延展收敛变为延展拓宽的趋势.

This paper constructs an evaluation index system for high-quality development level of industrial chains from the five dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing,then uses panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,and adopts CRITIC-TOPSIS model,kernel density estimation,and obstacle degree model to analyze the high-quality de-velopment level of industrial chains and obstacle factors.The research shows that the overall high-quality development level of the industrial chain is increasing year by year,but the southern region is ahead of the northern region both in terms of both develop-ment level and development speed.The kernel density curve of high-quality development level of the industrial chain shows a sig-nificant right-trailing feature.The kernel density curve in the southern region shows a trend of extension and convergence,while in the northern region,it changes from extension and convergence to extension and broadening.
