Research progress on the protective effect and application strategy of vitamin D in children with primary nephrotic syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Primary nephrotic syndrome is one of the most common glomerular diseases in children,and its pathophysiological changes and long-term glucocorticoid therapy affect vitamin D metabolism.This article reviews the relationship between primary nephrotic syndrome in children and vitamin D deficiency,vitamin D supplementation and bone protection,kidney protection,as well as the clinical determination,screening,prevention,treatment of vitamin D nutritional status,and safety application of vitamin D in children with primary nephrotic syndrome,in order to provide reference for the scientific,safe,and effective application of vitamin D in children with primary nephrotic syndrome.关键词
