Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic pharmaceutical intervention on antibacterial drugs in gynecological clinic.Methods A total of 556 patients who visited the Gynecological Clinic,Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center from February to August 2022,and 563 patients who visited the clinic from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the control group and the observation group,respectively.The control group was given conventional antibacterial drugs management,and the observation group was given systematic pharmaceutical intervention on this basis.The prescription medication status,quality of work,and unqualified outpatient prescription medication status were compared between the two groups.Results The medication time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the medication cost,the rate of antibacterial drug use,and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of prescription and the incidence of drug withdrawal and change in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of inappropriate usage and dosage,inappropriate drug selection,and inappropriate route of administration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic pharmaceutical intervention in the application of antibacterial drugs in the gynecological clinic can reduce adverse reactions,optimize the treatment plan,and improve the quality of work.关键词
