儿童无症状肝内异物1例并文献复习
A case of asymptomatic intrahepatic foreign body in a child and literature review
摘要
Abstract
Foreign bodies are more common in children,but the incidence of intrahepatic foreign bodies is low.Intrahepatic foreign bodies are usually caused by traumatic skin puncture,swallowed from the digestive tract,and free blood.Intrahepatic foreign bodies can lead to serious complications such as liver abscess and gastrointestinal perforation,so early diagnosis and treatment are essential.This article reported a case of intrahepatic foreign body caused by skin-prick penetration in a child who was found to have an intrahepatic foreign body during a physical examination at school.The child underwent laparoscopic intrahepatic foreign body removal,and was in good condition after the operation.In children,intrahepatic foreign bodies can be inserted through the body surface and are related to the surrounding environment.Necessary physical examination can help to detect asymptomatic intrahepatic foreign bodies,and laparoscopic surgery should be performed to remove the foreign body in time to prevent complications.关键词
