摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of laryngeal mask anesthesia in pediatric limb fracture surgery.Methods A total of 88 children with limb fracture admitted to Boxing Xingfu Hand and Foot Surgery Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the odd-even method,they were divided into reference group and experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group received tracheal intubation anesthesia,while the experimental group received laryngeal mask anesthesia.The hemodynamic indexes,total complication rate,stress indexes,and anesthesia effect were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group during incision and laryngeal mask/tracheal catheter removal were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of reference group(P<0.05).The levels of cardiac natriuretic hormone,norepinephrine,and serum cortisol in experimental group were lower than those in reference group(P<0.05).The time of block complete,recovery,and resuscitation room stay of experimental group was shorter than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal mask anesthesia has a good effect in pediatric limb fracture surgery,which is worth popularizing关键词
