摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Baohe Granules combined with massage and navel moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(ML)due to syndrome of milk and food stagnation.Methods A total of 80 children with ML due to syndrome of milk and food stagnation in Shanxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage and navel moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with Baohe Granules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,transverse and longitudinal diameter of mesenteric lymph nodes(MLNs),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the transverse and longitudinal diameter of MLNs was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of abdominal pain,poor appetite,fever,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Baohe Granules combined with massage and umbilical moxibustion has good effect in the treatment of children with ML due to syndrome of milk and food stagnation,which can narrow the transverse and longitudinal diameter of MLNs,and reduce the TCM syndrome score.关键词
