Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint in the treatment of abdominal distension after cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 patients with abdominal distension after cesarean section in the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into intramuscular injection group and acupoint group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Neostigmine intramuscular injection was used in the intramuscular injection group,and Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint was used in the acupoint group.The therapeutic effect,postoperative clinical indexes,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of acupoint group was higher than that of intramuscular injection group(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and first defecation time in acupoint group were shorter than those in intramuscular injection group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in acupoint group were lower than those in intramuscular injection group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint has better intervention effect and fewer adverse reactions in patients with abdominal distension after cesarean section.关键词
