人工流产术后宫腔粘连的发生情况及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the occurrence and influencing factors of intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with intrauterine infection who received induced abortion in Qingdao Lianchi Maternity Hospital from March 1,2022 to December 31,2023 were selected as the study objects.According to whether intrauterine adhesion occurred,they were divided into the occurrence group(25 cases)and the non-occurrence group(55 cases).The logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the number of deliveries,curettage history,and negative pressure attraction between the two groups(P<0.05).The logistic multivariate analysis showed that the number of deliveries≥2 times,previous history of curettage,and negative pressure attraction>300 kPa were the risk factors for intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion(P<0.05).Conclusion Factors leading to intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion include the number of deliveries≥2 times,previous history of curettage,and negative pressure attraction>300 kPa.Clinical attention should be paid to these factors,and targeted prevention strategies should be formulated to reduce intrauterine adhesion.关键词
