摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Dexamethasone combined with Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods A total of 74 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate,while the observation group was treated with Dexamethasone on the basis of the control group.The maternal and infant outcomes,inflammatory factors levels,and bile metabolism indicators levels were compared between the two groups.Results The neonatal Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of fetal distress,premature birth,neonatal asphyxia,low birth weight infant,and amniotic fluid contamination was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-12 and tumor necrosis factor-α were decreased in both groups,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total bile acid,estriol,and cholyglycine were decreased in both groups,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Dexamethasone combined with Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is good.关键词
