Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in Jiaozhou Hospital,Shanghai Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received Propofol combined with Remifentanil anesthesia,while the observation group received Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil anesthesia.The anesthesia effects,incidence of adverse reactions,and hemodynamic indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The awakening time([5.13±1.62]minutes),spontaneous breathing time([5.27±1.29]minutes),verbal response time([8.36±2.63]minutes),and orientation recovery time([19.52±1.39]minutes)of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group([9.37±2.54],[9.55±3.02],[13.02±4.05],and[27.69±3.27]minutes),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure at 10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum(T1)of the two groups and during suturing(T2)of the control group were higher than those before anesthesia,but the heart rate and mean arterial pressure at T1 and T2 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Sevoflurane combined with Remifentanil in laparoscopic myomectomy is good,which can effectively promote postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,stabilize hemodynamic indicators,and is worthy of promotion and use.关键词
