摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the anesthesia effect of different doses of Alfentanil in ultrasound-guided transvaginal oocyte retrieval.Methods A total of 180 patients with ultrasound-guided transvaginal oocyte retrieval in Hospital for Reproductive Medicine Affiliated to Shandong University from January 1,to November 30,2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into N1 group,N2 group,and N3 group using the lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The three groups received intravenous injection of Alfentanil at doses of 3,5,7 μg/kg,respectively,and combined with 0.4 mg/kg Ciprofol.The hemodynamic indicators,total dosage of Ciprofol,incidence of intraoperative limb activity and respiratory depression,recovery time,postoperative 30 minute pain score,and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results The intraoperative heart rate,oxygen saturation of blood(SpO2),and mean arterial pressure in the N3 group were lower than those in the N1 group,and the postoperative SpO2 was lower than that in the N1 group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total dosage of Ciprofol in the N2 group and N3 group was less than that in the N1 group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative limb activity in the N2 group and N3 group was lower than that in the N1 group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative respiratory depression in the N3 group was higher than that of N1 group and N2 group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery time among the three groups(P>0.05).The numerical rating scale scores in the N2 group and N3 group were lower than that in the N1 group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).All three groups showed no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion 5 μg/kg Alfentanil has a good analgesic effect,with less dosage of Ciprofol and low incidence of intraoperative limb activity and respiratory depression.Compared with other doses,it is more suitable in ultrasound-guided transvaginal oocyte retrieval.关键词
