Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of procalcitonin(PCT),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)combined with neutrophil ratio in acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection(URTI)in children. Methods A total of 258 children with acute URTI from January to June 2023 in Ningjin County Family Planning Maternal and Child Health Service Center were selected as the research objects. With the results of etiological culture as the gold standard, venous blood of the children was collected to detect PCT,hs-CRP,ESR,and neutrophil ratio,to analyze the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of single and combined detection in the diagnosis of acute bacterial URTI in children. Results The detection sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of PCT were 72.92%,74.04%,and 73.64%,respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of hs-CRP were 77.08%,80.24%,and 79.07%,respectively.The detection sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of ESR were 79.17%,76.54%,and 77.51%,respectively.The sensitivity of neutrophil ratio was 72.92%,the specificity was 74.07%,and the accuracy was 73.64%.The sensitivity of combined detection was 95.83%,the specificity was 96.29%,and the accuracy was 96.12%.The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PCT,hs-CRP,ESR,and neutrophil ratio to detect acute bacterial URTI in children has a good diagnostic effect, the diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity are high.关键词
