Abstract
Objective To analyze the significance of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in detecting uterine hemodynamic changes of recurrent abortion in early pregnancy.Methods A total of 30 pregnant women with recurrent abortion in Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the observation group,and another 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.Both groups were given transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in early pregnancy to compare the uterine hemodynamics indexes between the two groups.Results The uterine peak systolic velocity/end diastolic velocity(S/D),pulsation index(PI),and resistance index(RI)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The S/D,PI,and RI of pregnant women with>4 abortions were higher than those of pregnant women with 3-4 abortions(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can detect abnormal uterine hemodynamics of recurrent abortion in early pregnancy,the S/D,PI,and RI values of uterine artery are increased in pregnant women with recurrent abortion.关键词
