综合护理在乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿中的应用效果
Application effect of integrated care in upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of integrated care in upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 136 female patients with upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated care.Knowledge awareness degree of upper limb lymphedema,compliance of nursing,relief of upper limb lymphedema at 3 months postoperatively,and the scores of upper limb motor ability,upper limb pain,and quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of knowledge awareness of upper limb lymphedema in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of upper limb lymphedema relief at 3 months postoperatively in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of upper limb motor ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of upper limb pain was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated care in upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery can improve the patients'knowledge awareness degree of upper limb lymphedema,compliance,and nursing satisfaction,relieve upper limb lymphedema,and improve the upper limb motor ability and quality of life.关键词
