Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory on hope level and quality of life in female schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 60 female schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation period who were hospitalized in Nantong Fourth People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory.The hope level(Herth hope index[HHI])and quality of life(schizophrenia quality of life scale[SQLS])were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the each dimension scores and the total score of the HHI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SQLS in each dimension and the total score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory has a good effect on improving the hope level and quality of life of female patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period.关键词
