Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with hysteromyoma who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Anqiu People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(46 cases,routine nursing)and the experimental group(46 cases,comfort nursing on the basis of the control group)by random number table method.The psychological state,degree of body pain,comfort,improvement status of sleep quality,and nursing quality score of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the scores of the generalized anxiety disorder 7-item scale and patient health questionnaire-9 of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the numerical rating scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,psychological support,pain care,and environmental care in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in patients with laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery can improve negative emotions,reduce body pain,and improve sleep quality and nursing quality.关键词
