Abstract
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the integrated theory of health behavior change in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods A total of 70 puerperae with vaginal delivery who received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment in Taibai County Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different intervention programs,they were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received routine nursing combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the integrated theory of health behavior change.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the psychological state score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the self-efficacy and quality of sexual life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the integrated theory of health behavior change in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation can improve the psychological state,self-efficacy,and quality of sexual life,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.关键词
